Risk Management

Kalsafe can run various Risk Management Courses – for up to a maximum of 10 attendees that have been specifically developed to help Managers and front line Supervisors in the Process Industries get a good practical understanding of the Risk Assessment process in the workplace.

Courses which are available cover:

• An essential one day Task Risk Assessment Course for front line Managers and Supervisors that includes a client site specific case study .
• A one day Risk Management Overview Course for up to 8 managers giving an introduction to: Hazard Analysis – including an introduction to Quantified Risk Assessment and Hazard and Operability Studies. This course can be tailored to the client needs.

The courses provide the basic theory leading up workplace exercises that will give a deeper understanding of the risk assessment process.

In the Task Risk Assessment course the trainer will work with the site team to select appropriate actual higher risk potential jobs on their site to make the whole program “live” and relevant to their worksite.
